Sliced carrots, celery, apples, mangoes, papaya, or any other fruit/veggie that you can cut to dip!
½ cup of powdered roasted peanuts (or PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder)
¼ cup of maple syrup or honey
¼ tsp of sea salt
Optional
¼cupof yogurt or cream cheesesoftened
2tbspof collagen powder
1tbspof Electrolyte powder
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the peanut powder and the honey or maple syrup together.
Step 2: If adding the collagen powder, do so now.
Step 3: Whip the yogurt or cream cheese into the peanut mixture.
Step 4: Serve or refrigerate :)
Notes
In the case of a peanut or dairy allergy, coconut cream and roasted pumpkin would be yummy too, I bet! This works great for parties or whip it into jelly jars and stick the carrots right into it for an “on the go” snack!
