echinacea

fresh ginger

quart
boiling water
Raw honey to taste
Instructions
Add all your herbs to a quart jar.
Pour boiling water over the mix, shake or stir to combine. Let this sit overnight or for several hours.
Strain the herbs out and add raw honey to taste.
