It’s a hot summer day, all the kids in a 10 mile radius are full of energy, and you just need a cool refreshing snack…you know, to serve the kiddos 😉! Don’t worry, we won’t tell that it is just as much for us as it is for them!
Stress has a way of sneaking in and threatening to overwhelm us fast. That’s why purposeful and healthy snacks and treats are so helpful. Why not cool down physically AND mentally?

Are you ready for the recipes? We tried two yummy versions. We won’t talk about the non-yummy one we tried lol – let’s just say, the chickens liked them plenty at least!
Cocoa Calm is a cocoa powder mixed with 3 key adaptogenic herbs: ashwagandha root, eleuthero root, and rhodiola root. Kate developed this for her store, Earthley Wellness!
Calming Fudge Pops
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups of whole dairy milk, heavy cream, or coconut milk (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Calm
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Step 1: Put everything into your blender; mix thoroughly
Step 2: Pour into a mold
Step 3: Freeze
