Summer is in full swing! As July moves into August the temperatures are going to keep rising.
Lemonade is the iconic drink of summer. Who doesn’t have happy memories of sitting on the porch after playing hard all day as a child with a glass of lemonade at your grandma’s house?
Lemonade with a Twist
Forget the powder mix. Instead, imagine a glass of fresh squeezed lemonade with a hint of lavender! Lavender lemonade has a gorgeous pale purple color from steeping the lavender flowers.
Lavender is a wonderful addition to a summer drink because it helps you relax and calm your nervous system. Raw honey adds the right hint of sweetness with that is actually good for your body! If you suffer from seasonal allergies, local raw honey can ease allergy symptoms.
Lavender lemonade with raw honey is the perfect way to kick back any afternoon this summer!
